I heard another voice from heaven, saying, "Come out of her, my people, so that you will not participate in her sins and receive of her plagues;"The common view I've always been taught is that there will be a Rapture of believers, and that it will happen at the beginning of the Tribulation. I've personally been kind of skeptical on that, for two reasons. First, there's nothing in the Bible to give a time frame for when it will happen; second, it seems a bit too convenient that we'll be pulled away right before the bad stuff happens, and feels like it's a result of wishful thinking.
I wonder if this verse is hinting at when the real Rapture will occur? If so, this is at the end of the Tribulation, shortly before Christ's return. Therefore, believers will have gone through all the terrible things that happen during that time, and we should be prepared for that instead of blindly believing we'll be spared.
