They have all turned aside, together they have become corrupt;I'm not quite sure if David was intending to refer to the entire human race. However, if he was, he certainly got it right. We are a fallen people, and because of that, all our actions are corrupted. Even when we try to do "good things," they are tainted by our sinful nature. We all have chosen, to some extent or another, to turn aside from God's path.
There is no one who does good, not even one.
However, we now have an advantage that David lacked. Since Jesus came, we now have the means to be deemed "good" by God again. We are still imperfect people, but through Jesus' salvation and the Spirit's guidance, we can at least be going in the right direction again.
